Under Cash portfolio this week, l have managed to sell away KSH 500 shares for a minimal gain of $11.

Also in this week, l have invested into SembCorp Marine 2 lots.  If share market weakens and l am stuck with this investment, it still gives me an annual dividend yield between 2.2% to 5% (including "usual" special dividend).

I have sold Boustead 10 lots this week. The exit selling price is based on its last year's dividend rate of $0.02 for a gain of $200 (10 lots x $0.02)  and l have managed selling it away at slightly higher price for a gain of $234.  As the expected  XD date is around Nov'12 so, l am actually getting in advance on the dividend.

Received a cheque early this week on dividend from KSH for $25.

Received a mail from CDP this week on KSH whereby l have been given 500 shares as bonus issue.  Adding this to my existing 5 lots so KSH average costs is now lowered slightly.  But l have decided to sell 5 lots away this week at break-even for re-investment use.  I do not fancy odd lots as there is no odd lots market and l understand that it can be disposed off only if l am willing to incur the extra brokerage fees.

For my Cash portfolio, invested small amount into KSH 5 lots and sold off SIA 1 lot this week.  Will consider getting into SIA again if it dips below $10.50.  KSH has been paying good dividend so, l am hoping this trend to continue.  And l hope its nine months results which was in the red would not lower its dividend rate when full year results is announced some time in May month.
