Singapore After-Care Association

Donated $155 to Singapore After-Care Association (SACA) using dividends collected in my Permanent Stocks Holdings.

About
Founded in 1956, the Singapore After-Care Association (SACA) was formed to assist offenders, ex-offenders and their families to get back on their feet. We are committed to the cause of second chances, rebuilding lives and protecting the family unit.

SACA recognizes that upon release from their incarceration, our clients will face certain problems such as finding work and a place to stay. In addition, we recognize that during our client's imprisonment, the family maybe faced with several challenging issues like emotion and financial difficulties.

Through the provision of welfare services, educational assistance and professional rehabilitation services; and together with the support of the local community and agencies, we strive to provide our clients a fresh lease of life.

Vision
As an exemplary organization in the after care sector, SACA is committed to:

(a) Empowering ex-offenders to take ownership of their own transformation and facilitating their reintegration into society by mobilizing them, their families and the public.
