Cash - Closing Status 4 October

Divested  UMS 20 lots in this week for a nett gain of $246 using the exit selling price based on the expected dividend amount.  It goes XD on 8th October and dividend payment date is on 29 October.  For 20 lots, dividend amount would have been at $200 = 20 lots x dividend rate $0.01.  The $246 nett gain is higher than the expected dividend amount of $200 and l have added the proceeds back into my war chest.  Also, l have already collected its dividends in advance.

Added Cache Logistics 1 lot in this week under Cash portfolio bringing my total holding in it at 5 lots now.  Good results for 2Q2013.  DPU grew by 8.4% even though unit base got increased after its recent private placement in Mar'13.  No logistics warehouse (properties) renewal risk in 2013 as all expiring leases have been renewed.  Next leases renewal happening in year 2014 is for a small gross floor area of 6%.  I am expecting same good results for 3Q2013 to be released on 23 October and at the same time furnish information of increased investments in China logistics warehouse properties.

Added Mapletree Industrial 1 lot under Cash portfolio for this week so l have total holding of 2 lots of it now.  In its previous 1Q2014 results, it reported higher distributable income which was higher by 9% versus year ago because of higher rental rates secured across all its property segments and achieving higher occupancies.  I am expecting the same good results for its 2Q2014 results to be released on 22nd October.  Based on my investment costs in it l will be getting dividend yield 7.0% per year.

CPF - Closing Status 4 October

Divested  UMS 15 lots in this week for a nett gain of $217 using the exit selling price based on the expected dividend amount.  It goes XD on 8th October and dividend payment date is on 29 October.  For 15 lots, dividend amount would have been at $150 = 15 lots x dividend rate $0.01.  The $217 nett gain is higher than the expected dividend amount of $150 and l have added the proceeds back into my war chest.  Also, l have already collected its dividends in advance.

Added AIMS AMP Industrial Reit 3 lots in this week under SRS portfolio so l have total holding of 7 lots in it now. Based on my investment costs in it l am looking forward for an annual dividend yield of around 6.6%. Also, l am expecting it to report a higher dividend rate when it reports Qtr 2 results in three weeks time driven by the completed phase II of 20 Gul Way in May'13.

Divested  UMS 20 lots in this week for a nett gain of $226 using the exit selling price based on the expected dividend amount.  It goes XD on 8th October and dividend payment date is on 29 October.  For 20 lots, dividend amount would have been at $200 = 20 lots x dividend rate $0.01.  The $226 nett gain is higher than the expected dividend amount of $200 and l have added the proceeds back into my war chest.  Also, l have already collected its dividends in advance.

Cash - Closing Status 27 September

On Asian Pay TV this week under Cash portfolio l have both investment and divestment in it.   When its share price suddenly spiked on wednesday so l have divested 3 lots of it for $82 nett gain.  As its share price weakens l have added back 2 lots of it on friday.  So, my total holding in it now at 6 lots which can command around 10.5% dividend yield per year of passive income stream, if necessary.

Re-invested into Croesus Retail Trust 2 lots and Cache Logistics 2 lots in this week.

Received the following dividends in this week for my Cash portfolio :-
$192.00 Asian Pay TV
$15.00 Keppel Reit

Invested into UMS 20 lots in this week under Cash portfolio and it is now the second largest holding at 13% of total portfolio.   It goes XD in two weeks time on 8th Oct for the usual dividend rate at $0.01.  The relocation of majority of its operations to low cost location in Penang will likely to see positive impact to its profits in year 2014.

Divested SembCorp Industries 2 lots into strength in this week for a small profit of $35.  l have held it for period of seven months and achieved $335 total gain (dividend $300 + realized profit $35) or 3.2% returns which better than CPF ordinary account interest rate 2.5%.

SRS - Closing status 5 July

Divested Frasers Centrepoint Trust  (FrasersCT)  2 lots in this week under SRS portfolio.  Investment duration was only within 2 weeks for a nett gain of $44 or 1.2% returns which is better than bank rate for savings account.   Its next dividend likely to XD 31 July and assuming a dividend rate $0.026 same as last year then the nett gain of $44 is 85% of the full dividend amount ---> 2 lots x dividend rate $0.026 x 85% = $44.  I am still okay with it as the investment duration is short.  Will re-invest into FrasersCT when its share price weakens again.

Invested into Kingsmen Creatives 3 lots 2 weeks ago but l have decided to divest it all away in this week for a nett gain of $63.  The $63 nett gain is 1.4 times its next dividend rate $0.015, if maintained the same for this year; 3 lots x dividend rate $0.015 x 1.4 times = $63.  And l have already collected it in advance now rather then waiting for its next XD 4 Sept and payment 24 Sept.  Will re-invest into Kingsmen Creatives at lower or reasonably good share price levels.

Divested UMS 21 lots at a nett gain of $240 within one week of investment period.  I could not resist for doing so because the nett gain $240 is better than expected dividend amount of $210 (21 lots x dividend rate $0.01).  And also l can collect it ahead of its XD date 9 July and payment date 26 July.

Cash - Closing Status 5 July

Divested UMS 3 lots which l have invested into it one week ago at nett gain of $67.  UMS will XD 9 July and dividend rate is at $0.01.  I have collected its dividend in advance and at 2.2 times more with its divestment in this week 3 lots x dividend rate $0.01 x 2.2 times = $67 as dividend payment is scheduled as 26 July.

Have decided to divest  Ascendas India Trust 1 lot in this week after only one week of investment into it at nett gain of $16 or 2.3% returns.  Reason for doing so is simple and it was because at 2.3% yield within such a short investment time so it beats the usual low bank deposit rate.  Furthermore the nett gain $16 is worth 4.5 train trips to and fro home and work place.  Or l can use this to save it for my next Donation (2013 to-date at $200).  Anyway, will re-invest into Ascendas India Trust at lower share price levels.

Could not resist divesting away Kingsmen Creatives 3 lots in this week under Cash portfolio for a nett gain of $126.  Nothing wrong with Kingsmen Creatives really but why not collecting its dividends in advance when it's already available. Unless l am stuck with a reasonably good dividend stock at an unrealised position then l will not hesitate to take profit off the table however small the amount.  I do not the luxury of large amount of funds for passive investment over a few years period.  I subscribe to the idea of making the money working much harder with a few rounds of investments and divestments.  However l do not subscribe to the idea of cutting loss in my stock investments unless it is a serious and incorrect bad investments (which happened no more than 5 times in about 2 years of serious shares investments).  Paper losses are investment noises as the stocks l am stuck in are still giving out reasonably good dividends so l okay with it.  Cutting losses is more for traders so it can really waste much of already limited available investment funds.  Back to the divestment of Kingsmen Creatives in this week, the $126 nett gain is 2.8 times its next dividend rate $0.015, if maintained the same for this year; 3 lots x dividend rate $0.015 x 2.8 times = $126.  And l have already collected it in advance now rather then waiting for XD 4 Sept and its payment 24 Sept.  Will re-invest into Kingsmen Creatives at lower or reasonably good share price levels.

Duty Free has declared dividends rate of $0.025 (interim dividend $0.01 + special interim dividend $0.015) which will XD on 10 July.  In this week l have divested Duty Free 7 lots at nett gain of $71 and is only equivalent to its interim dividend amount --> 7 lots x dividend rate $0.01 = $70.   l am hoping for better luck next time.

Looking forward to receive dividends from SingPost when it is paid on 15 July of which l have 15 lots in it.  In this week l have sold SingPost 1 lot at nett gain $28 so in a way l have collected its next dividend in advance which will next XD around 14 Aug and hoping that it is still at same dividend rate $0.0125.  The nett gain $28 is 2.3 times its next dividend payment amount; 1 lot x dividend rate $0.0125 x 2.3 times = $28.   I am stuck with my investment in SingPost with paper loss status on the remaining 14 lots but l am okay with it as it can be considered a good problem to have.

SRS - Closing status 28 June

In this week for my SRS portfolio, l have increased my holding in AIMS AMP Industrial Reit 1 lot.  But in the same week l have decided to sell all 4 lots away for a nett gain of $119. Assuming that the next dividend rate is same as last year at $0.025 and also having same XD as last year on 30 July so l will get 4 lots x dividend rate $0.025 = $100 dividend amount.  The nett gain of $119 is better than the expected dividend amount and l have already collected it in advance, now.

Divested UMS 5 lots at a nett gain of $68 within one week of investment period.  I could not resist for doing so because the nett gain $68 is better than expected dividend amount of $50 (5 lots x dividend rate $0.01).  And also l can collect it ahead of its XD date 9 July and payment date 26 July.  Anyway, l have re-invested into UMS 21 lots in this week.  Its recent business outlook seems okay so l do not mind getting stuck investing in it when its share price starting to drift lower, possibly.

Divested K1 Ventures 10 lots within one week of investment in it for a nett gain of $24 or 1.4% yield , which is far much better than bank deposit rate within such a short investment period.  Looking forward to re-invest into K1 Ventures at lower share price levels.

Divested SingPost 6 lots at a nett gain of $118 within three weeks of investment period.  The nett gain $118 is around 78% of the dividend amount of $150 (6 lots x dividend rate $0.025 x 78%).  Even though the nett gain amount is lower but its a 1.5% yield which is better than bank deposit rate within a rather short investment period.  And also l have collected its dividend in advance as it will XD on 2 July and payment date 15 July.  Will re-invest into SingPost at lower share price levels.

CDL Hospitality Trusts share price dropped further in this week so l have increased my holding in it from 1 lot to 2 lots now.  If l am ever stuck with my investment in it l will have no regrets as l will consider it a good problem to have due to its reasonably good dividend yield of around 6.3% based on my investment costs in it.

Added Frasers Centrepoint Trust 1 lot in this week so my total holding in it now at 2 lots. If l am stuck with this investment then l can still expect an annual dividend yield 5.3% which is much better than bank deposit rate.

Cash - Closing Status 28 June

For my Cash portfolio this week l have added CM Pacific 2 lots bringing my total holding in it at 3 lots now.  No new development so far at CM Pacific so l can expect its share price will be in the range of $0.87 - $0.91 till its next financial results in early August month.  Its next interim dividend will usually be announced during half time financial results announcement.  Will consider to accumulate more of CM Pacific if its share price weakens further.

Invested into Ascendas India Trust 1 lot in order to average down.  With this, my total holding in it now at 2 lots.  Will re-invest more of it only when its share price weakens by say, another 10% (which is quite unlikely though).  Office rental in India is likely to stay lacklustre unless the INR currency (and India economy) recover from current weak status.

Continue to increase my holding in Kingsmen Creatives 1 lot so, now l have total of 3 lots.  Will add more of it if its share price weakens again, at lower price levels.

Duty Free reported its qtr 1 results in this week.  Revenue +1% driven by pricing imprpovement and sales mix.  Profit +MYR 113mil mainly from its discontinued operation.  Dividends $0.025 (interim dividend $0.01 + special interim dividend $0.015) was declared which will XD on 10 July.  In this week l have increased my holding in Duty Free 1 lot so my total holding in it now at 7 lots.

Divested UMS 4 lots which l have invested two weeks ago at nett gain of $40.  UMS will XD 9 July and dividend rate is at $0.01.  I have collected its dividend in advance with its divestment in this week 4 lots x dividend rate $0.01 = $40 as dividend payment is scheduled as 26 July.  In the same week, l have re-invested into UMS 3 lots.

SRS - Closing status 21 June

In this week for my SRS portfolio, l have invested into AIMS AMP Industrial Reit 6 lots.  In the same week l have decided to reduce my holding in it by half to 3 lots currently.  This divestment was at a nett gain of $120.  If l am stuck with my investment for the remaining 3 lots then l can still expect an annual dividend of 6.6% based on my investment costs in it.

Divested UMS 25 lots at a nett gain of $164.  This is because l was not unsure whether the stock will continue to drift lower so l have decided to divest it all away as l was already in profit position.  The $164 nett gain is 66% of its dividend XD on 9 July which l think is still good considering that my investment duration in it was only for one week.  Its share price did not go lower much so l have re-invested into UMS 5 lots in the same week. Selling pressure will likely to come in next week as investors did not have much time to react when its share price ended Friday at its 52 weeks high at $0.525.

CDL Hospitality Trusts share price has been dropping for quite some time now and at one time on Friday, it was at its 52 weeks low of $1.70.  I have invested into CDL Hospitality Trusts 1 lot in this week but not at its lowest share price level in this week. Will the current haze situation affect its revenue?  Possibly yes, when it reports its 2nd quarter results ending 30 June but l think it will be minimal as 15% of its hotel businesses are in Australia and New Zealand and the haze situation happens for only 2-3 weeks duration.  If l am ever stuck with my investment in it l will have no regrets as l will consider it a good problem to have due to its reasonably good dividend yield of around 6.3% based on my investment costs in it.

Invested into Mapletree Logistics 1 lot.  This logistics reit company has its well diversified customer-mix businesses in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and South Korea.  There is greater stability and resilience because there is no reliance on any single industry or customer.  Based on my investment costs in it l can expect an annual dividend yield 6.2%.

Invested into K1 Ventures 10 lots this week under SRS portfolio.  K1 is into a wide range of investments across diverse industry sectors - 50% in transportation leasing and 50% in Investments (mainly Education, Oil and Gas exploration, Financial Services, Automative Retail, Diversified funds).  There are many well known brand names under Education such as Busy Bees, Learning Vision, Learning Horizon, Pat's School House, The Children's House, Canadian International School of Singapore, Brighton Montessori, K12 Inc.  In its recently published annual report it said :- ".... It was concluded that shareholders were best served by not seeking additional capital and instead focus on the management of the current investment portfolio with the view to maximise shareholder value, and to distribute excess cash as investments are monetised. ....".  There are many powerful names in its board of directors namely Choo Chiau Beng (from Keppel Group), Lee Suan Yew (from Haw Par Group), Teo Soon Hoe (from Keppel Group), Yong Pung How (former Chief Justice of Singapore), Neo Boon Siong (from OCBC, Keppel T&T). At annual dividend rate of $0.015 (interim dividend $0.01 + assumed final dividend $0.005) then l can expect annual dividend yield of 9.0% based on my investment costs for 10 lots.

The share price of Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FrasersCT) looks quite attractive now.  Its share price started correcting lower since early May'13.  For this week, l have invested into FrasersCT 1 lot and if l am stuck with this investment then l can still expect an annual dividend yield 5.3% which is much better than bank deposit rate.

Also invested into Mapletree Commercial Trust 1 lot in this week at a share price which has a dividend yield 5.4% just in case l am stuck with this investment.  Distributable income is likely sustainable at 2012 rate or even higher with the completion of Mapletree Anson acquisition in early Feb'13.

This week for my SRS portfolio l have invested into Kingsmen Creatives 3 lots.  Its revenue for 1str quarter results was lower than in 2012 but its gross profit margin at 30.7% was above 2012 full year (25%) and 1Q2012 (27.2%) so it is playing its sales mix well here which contributed positively to its profit.  Profit was also higher because of dividend income from other investment income in 1Q2013; not sure whether this is a one-time item?   Its associated companies also contributed positively to its profit.

Invested into UMS 25 lots in this week under SRS portfolio.  Not sure whether its share price will recover any time soon but if l am really stuck with it then l would not mind.  This is because l am assuming that it is likely to continue paying good annual dividends of around 10%, for financial year 2013.

In this week under my Cash portfolio l have added a few stocks to my current portfolio on Cache Logistics 1 lot, Suntec Reit 1 lot, Duty Free 2 lots, UMS 2 lots and SingPost 1 lot.

These additions did not help much as they are still under heavy unrealized losses.  Will selectively adding more stocks next week as share prices will continue drifting lower.

In this week, l have invested into both CM Pacific 1 lot and Tai Sin Electric 2 lots; both of which l have divested them away around two weeks ago.   l do not mind getting stuck with my investments in them if their share prices remaining weak.  Both companies dish out reasonable annual dividends of more than 6%.

Cash - Closing Status 7 June

This week for my Cash portfolio l have invested into Kingsmen Creatives 1 lot.

Invested into Keppel Reit 1 lot in this week under Cash portfolio.  Its 1Q2013 results was okay.  It recently increased its exposure into Australia so l am not really sure whether that country's almost shaky economy condition would worsen further which could impact Keppel Reit's results.   So, l am not likely to increase my investment in it beyond 1 lot.

Got myself Cache Logistics 1 lot in this week.  Good results for 1Q2013.  No logistics warehouse (properties) renewal risk in 2013 as all expiring leases have been renewed. Will increase my investment in it should its share price weakens much further.

The final Reit counter l have invested under Cash portfolio in this week was Ascott Reit 1 lot.  Nothing particularly special of Ascott Reit as l am just eyeing for a dividend yield which is higher than bank interest rate just in case its share price going lower further and l am stuck with it.

I took up a small position in UMS 2 lots in this week.  Amazingly it still able to withstand current  stock market rout as its share price did not move down like every other "active" counters.  So, l will continue to collect more of it in the coming days and weeks.  UMS has one of the highest dividend yield around at the moment of around 10%!  Probably it is still a good problem to have when one day its share price ever giving way and l am stuck with it.

I did partial divestment on SingPost 10 lots at different price levels which was bought in the previous week for a nett gain of $207.  As its share price was pressured down again subsequently so l have re-invested 9 lots in it at different share price levels.   So my total holding of SingPost at 14 lots now.  At the moment SingPost is having CD status so selling pressure on it will slowly die down.

Cash - Closing Status 31 May

In this week l have donated $50 each to Metta Welfare Association and Promoting Alternatives To Violence.

Invested into SingPost 15 lots under my Cash portfolio in this week. I have seen it rise slowly and steadily over the past months and l would have thought that it is quite immune to stock market consolidation. I was wrong. The global stock markets volatility especially in Japan is affecting SingPost as well. I will have to keep SingPost for some time to come now. Will have to wait out till it goes XD on 2 July, perhaps.

Put in a small investment amount into Tai Sin Electric 2 lots this week. But because of the volatility of global stock markets in this week so l have decided to sell it away in the same week at a gain of $17 which equivalent to 2.9% returns on the invested costs. Hope to re-invest into Tai Sin at lower share price level.

I have divested away CM Pacific 1 lot in this week for 1.7% returns or $15 which is definitely better than what the bank deposit can offer for a small investment amount over a period of around two weeks. Hope to re-invest into CM Pacific at lower share price level.

Also invested a very small investment amount into Telechoice 1 lot under Cash portfolio this week. And l cannot resist in letting it go in the same week for a gain of $14 which equivalent to 6.1% on the invested costs. Will re-invest into Telechoice when its share price re-visit lower share price level.

Received a cheque in the mail from UMS for dividend payment amount of $340. I do not mind getting stuck investing into UMS, just in case its share price goes south if l ever investing into it again as it is a good problem to have due to its generous dividends.

Cash - Closing Status 23 May

Received a cheque in the mail this week from Mun Siong for $15 which is 1.1% of returns based on my investment costs in it.  I have no plan to increase or selling my 10 lots holding of it at the moment.  l am just taking this investment as if it is a bank deposit.

UMS is currently having a CD status.  UMS will go XD on 9 July and payment will be made on 26 July.  I have sold all of it away this week from my Cash portfolio in order to collect its dividend in advance.  Profit made was at $157 and it is 30% more than the expected dividends which would have been at $120 (12 lots x dividend rate $0.01).  Will re-invest into UMS if its price weakens.

l have divested Telechoice 20 lots for a profit of $568 and this is about 11% away from its two year's worth of annual dividend; last paid annual dividend rate $0.016 x 20 lots x 2 years x 89% = $568.  Will re-invest into Telechoice at lower share price level.

I have increased my holding of Telechoice 2 lots for my Cash portfolio this week so l have 4 lots of it now.

In my posting on 26 April l have indicated my intent to sell off SGX 1 lot at break even and this was achieved in this week.  Hope to re-invest into SGX at lower share price level.

Also in this week l have decided to divest my positions in the following :-

UMS
No. of shares : 5 lots; Date of investment : 3-May-13; Nett profit : $13
Remarks :- Divestment was after its XD date so l will be paid on its dividend of $100 (5 lots x dividend rate $0.02) on 29 May.   To re-invest into UMS at lower share price level.

CDW
No. of shares : 11 lots; Date of investment : 1-Mar-13; Nett profit : $47
Remarks : Halved CDW holding in order to lock-in profit.  Nett profit was 50% lesser than the expected dividend which will go XD on 20 May.  Nobody can predict where is the share market heading to so it is better to get back some returns whereby the nett profit of 2.9% (over investment costs) is already better than bank deposit rate.

2nd Chance
No.of shares : 23 lots; Date of investment : 3-Apr-13; Nett profit : $180
Remarks : Announced in this week that Director bought its shares in open market.  I took this opportunity to offload my entire holding in 2nd Chance.  Based on my investment costs in it, nett profit is at 1.9%  which is better than bank deposit rate.

K1 Ventures
No. of shares : 5 lots; Date of investment : 3-May-13; Nett profit : $21
Remarks : Investment costs for 5 lots is less than $1k.  And nett profit is at 2.6% which better than bank deposit rate.

Cash - Closing Status 3 May

For my Cash portfolio this week l have added UMS 5 lots so my total holding of it now is at 17 lots.  UMS will go XD on 7 May and l hope its share price will not weakens too much after that.  Given its consistent and predictable dividends l certainly think that any pullback on its share price would present a good opportunity to invest in it.  The only concern l have is that UMS is too reliant on its major customer for orders so there is serious consequence should anything bad happen to this major customer. Probably l am such a scaredly-cat as in its recent annual report it said :- " ... our major customer had also indicated that 2013 will be a better year as major investment programs by foundries will likely be announced and performed on the back of increasing demand for personal mobile products such as tablets and smart phones. ..."

I have invested into Telechoice 2 lots this week under Cash portfolio.  Invested amount is very minimal of less than $0.5k and using its recent annual dividend paid then this represents a potential dividend yield of 6.8%.  Its share price movement can be relatively boring (52 weeks high $0.26, 52 weeks low $0.205) but it provides a safe sense of stability when comparing to huge and wild roller coaster type of share price movement in other telecommunication stocks.

Each time Suntec Reit share price drop as in recent past months its share price  never fails to resume climbing upward steadily after that.  This can only mean that there are many investors wanting to own a piece of it and such opportunity comes when there is a pullback in its share price.  In this week under Cash portfolio l have invested into Suntec Reit for 4 lots which perhaps a little excessive so l might reduce it to just 1 lot soon.  Its current asset enhancement works will see its revenue to be lower in its next quarter's financials but more importantly is that its office occupancy rate holding quite well despite Singapore's choppy economic recovery and outlook.

Invested into K1 Ventures 5 lots this week under Cash portfolio. At annual dividend rate of $0.015 (interim dividend $0.01 + assumed final dividend $0.005) then l can expect annual dividend yield of 9.3% based on my investment costs for 5 lots.  Will continue to slowly increasing my investment into K1 if its share price weakens.

Cash - Closing Status 19 Apr

This week for my Cash portfolio l have decided to divest Duty Free 3 lots at break even.  I have not changed my view of its investment worthiness but it's just because l am trying to re-enter into it at slightly lower price level.

l have pared down on my holding in UMS by 45 lots this week.  Decided to do so because l was thinking of re-investing into it at lower price level.  Seems that l have got wrong as its share price moved higher instead; possibly due to its CD status at the moment.

Invested into SPH 1 lot this week under Cash portfolio.  Its share price crashed from its recent 52 weeks high of $4.68 (on 11 Apr) to lowest price level of $4.22 (on 17 Apr) this week due to its poor
Qtr 2 results - Revenue -6% and Profit -15%.   l certainly think it is a knee jerk reaction and present a good opportunity to get into SPH on a pullback on its share price.

Also this week l have invested into SGX 1 lot.  It posted double results for Qtr 3 - Revenue +17%, Profit +26%.  The various initiatives and collaborations happened in Qtr 3 alone are attestation of SGX's vigor to place itself in a higher level of playing field and hence pulling itself ahead of other world's exchanges.  Forget about Manchester United failed IPO listing here as there are many more big names coming our way with SGX relentless efforts and emphasize of more rigor with compliance of certain rules and regulations of its listed companies.  There is possibility of Formula One going for IPO here.  There is great revenue to come in SGX's way so it's a great company to invest in.  It is going XD on 22 April so time being l have divested my holding in it in the same week for a nett gain of $31; which is 76% of the total dividend amount payable on 2 May but l have already collected it in advance now.  Will re-invest into SGX at lower price level.

Invested into Perennial China Retail Trust 15 lots this week under Cash portfolio.  All its development projects are likely to continue progressing well and on-schedule so revenue are expected to roll-in starting from its new financial year.  This will easily cover the reduced distribution income in the next financial year which as mentioned in its prospectus.

Also in this week l have increase my holding in UMS 45 lots so in total l have 57 lots now.  Its share price has been quite stable around $0.45-$0.46 levels for some time now despite current stock market volatility so l have decided to increase my holding in it early this week.  Its decision to move some operations to Penang is a timely move in order to lower its operating expenses in its next financial year.
